Moldovan Wine producers have presented themselves to the Dutch Wine market. This unique wine tasting event took place on April 2nd at Pathé Buitenhof in the Hague. On this event some of the most important Dutch wine importers have met 4 of the finest wine producers from Moldova. Many of their wines were available for tasting and top management of the companies involved was available to discuss business opportunities. The Moldovan wine producers as well as the Dutch wine importers were very pleased with the outcome of the event and contacts made are promissing for the future. Wine writer Gert Crum did a fine job, introducing the Moldovan wines to those present.

On Thursday March 27th two major premieres were held at Cinecity Vlissingen. Exclusively for over 250 employees of DELTA the premiere of the new movie “The Bucket list” (with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson) was enjoyed together with some Moldovan Wines. DELTA staff therefore was one of the first to taste these excellent wines. This preview to the wine tasting event in The Hague (2nd of April in The Hague) was supported by Cinecity Vlissingen and DELTA NV, the Multi- utility company.

De in september 2007 gestartte lichting van het MBA programma van Ambition Academy is druk doende hun opdrachten in het kader van het Real Life business Project uit te voeren. Een van de groepen heeft in dat kader gekozen voor het, in samenwerking met Stichting World Partners, op maatschappelijk verantwoorde wijze opzetten van een Business Development Center in Chisinau, de hoofdstad van Moldavië. Binnen dit project wordt een pilot opgezet om handelscontacten tussen Moldavië en Nederland binnen de wijnbranche te realiseren.
