In our view, an MBA is a great investment in your future. The value of this investment goes far beyond just the amount that you (or your employer) paid in terms of fees. It includes richer career opportunities, increased job satisfaction, and higher financial rewards. However, you obviously need to know exactly what is involved in terms of total costs, tax advantages and financing. Total cost: The total cost of the Ambition Academy MBA programme is €21,750,-. This amount includes all tuition fees, course materials, examinations, lunches and travel and hotel expenses for those parts of the programme that are given in Switzerland. The cost of transport and accommodation in the Netherlands is not included. Tax advantages: For tax purposes, businesses can claim the full costs of the programme as allowable expenses. If you finance your studies yourself, you can claim tax relief on costs incurred for education and training. In 2005, the maximum amount of this relief was €15,000 per year. The threshold is €500, above which all costs are deductible, including costs of extra books, etc. |
