The choice to follow the EMBA is a personal choice when it is important to find a good connection with your own personal aims. The EMBA from Ambition Academy distinguishes itself in that the attention is on personal development, the introduction programme is compact and tailored, and there is a nice link between theory and practice. Especially the Real life business project, which is supported by good project management skills and offers an interesting challenge for those who wish to further look at management theory and are enthusiastic to get started with practical cases.

Bram Bergkamp AC

EMBA-Student at Ambition Academy/Business School Lausanne. I took the opportunity to participate in the EMBA in May 2009. I had just started my own company and the personal development aspect of the program accentuates my entrepreneurship. The Real Life Business Project and other projects provide practical challenges. I trust that the EMBA program will enable me, as a consultant and interim manager, to create more value for my customers. The program will allow me to explore from a strategic perspective in a multidisciplinary way. This will make it possible for me to make better decisions. So far the program is very challenging. It is a lot of hard work but also fun.

Nicole Bosters MBA, director

First I started this executive programme to get my experience on Finance at MBA level. But little was this true. This MBA program gave me the opportunity to get more experience on every business area. I learned more about the effect of strategic decisions. I took the opportunity to get maximum result of what I learned at the program and to challenge myself by selecting transgressing subjects for the assignments.

Because of that I became a more valuable sparring partner for the Board of Directors. The result was that I was more critical on activities that needed to support the strategy and to finetune that. Before I always thought that people were experts on their own areas and new better what to decide. This program gave me the tools to check whether or not this was the case. By asking provocative questions people were forced to rethink their work and bright discussions came into existance. This gave me the opportunity to think transgressing not only during the MBA program, but also in reality.

Gerard Adriaanse MBA - Manager RA Berk N.V.
